Opportunities for Study Abroad in France

France is not only a top tourist destination, it also welcomes large numbers of visiting students. If you want to study abroad in France, there are no shortage of opportunities. France offers the best of everything -- amazing city life as well as rustic countrysides. This country is rich in colorful heritage and offers an amazing plethora of things for students to see and do.

No matter what your area of study is, you can find a program for study abroad in France. Paris is one of the most beloved tourist destination as well as a great place to study international law, business, art, architecture, fashion design, and much more! However, Paris certainly isn't the only French city where students can expand their education. Grenoble, Nice and Dijon are more examples of places where you can study abroad in France.

Both high school students and college students alike can study abroad in France. One popular program that many students choose is a language immersion program. This involves living in France as a native does and communicating strictly in French. Often, high school students that choose to study abroad in France either go for the summer, or directly after graduation before heading to college.

Studying abroad gives students amazing real-world experience that college admissions agents, as well as possible employers, love to see in an applicant. Only a small percentage of students choose to study abroad, which sets them apart from the herd when it comes to college and employment applications.

France is filled with no shortage of fun things for students to do after they're done learning for the day. See the Mona Lisa at the Louvre, or do some people watching at an outdoor café. Dance all night at one of France's many nightclubs, or have some wholesome fun and see the animals at the national zoo. Take a Sunday cruise down the picturesque Seine, or shop til you drop at one of France's famous boutiques. Oh, and there's always Disneyland Paris! Students will have trouble deciding what fun activity they want to do after closing their books!

If you're a student seeking an amazing academic and cultural experience, why not think about study abroad in France? You'll remember your time in this fascinating and beautiful country for the rest of your life!
